Two-Faced Turtle Hatches at TX Zoo, Is Naturally Named Thelma & Louise

The Friedrich Aquarium at the San Antonio Zoo welcomed four new turtles last week, but one of them was definitely not like the others.
Among the tiny Texas river cooters was a two-headed hatchlings who was naturally named Thelma and Louise by zoo staffers.
According to spokeswoman Debbie Rios-Vanskike, the two-faced female is completely healthy, and can walk and swim alongside her single-headed brethren with ease.
Rios-Vanskike added that the zoo did not anticipate future complications.
Well, aside from a controversial heat-of-the-moment homicide during a two-day road trip that leads to a tragic showdown with police.
The San Antonio Zoo was previously home to a two-headed Texas rat snake named Janus who passed away in 1995.
