Radio Host Fired Over Accusations of Inappropriate Touching Sues Taylor Swift

A former Denver radio personality has filed a lawsuit against Taylor Swift, the Associated Press reports. David Mueller was fired after being accused of inappropriately touching Swift while taking a photograph with her and his girlfriend.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District court in Denver on Thursday, alleges that Mueller was falsely accused by one of Swift’s body guards of grabbing her buttocks backstage at the Pepsi Center on June 2, 2013. Mueller was fired two days later.
Mueller not only denies that he had any inappropriate contact with Swift, but also alleges that his boss, KYGO Program Director Eddie Haskell, claimed to have touched Swift’s bottom.

In a statement on Saturday, the AP reports, Swift’s publicist deferred responsibility for Mueller’s termination, saying that that KYGO made its own decision after being given evidence following the incident.
