Dear Mr. Donald J. Trump, Sr.,

Earlier this morning, your campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, went on Breitbart Radio to discuss some of the nasty things the liberal media has been writing about you, simply because you choose to call it like you see it. Which we must say, sir, is an admirable endeavor (to some people, in a certain light—probably).

Either way, in the course of Lewandowski’s interview, the following bit regarding your purported eyewitness account of cheering New Jersey residents caught our attention in particular (bolding ours):

So for the mainstream media to go out and say that this didn’t happen is just factually inaccurate. We know it happened. They should go back and check the FBI records. Mr. Trump has provided [the mainstream media with] local media outlets that have covered this coverage that they don’t want to go and talk about.

He has provided many opportunities for them to go and see it, but they have their own agenda—the media has their own agenda. They want to try and discredit as many people as possible so they can have an establishment candidate come in and think that everything is going to be the same because they are all controlled by the special interests and they are all controlled by the media and it is what the American people are just so tired of.

Granted, Mr. Trump, you and Gawker have not always seen eye-to-eye. But perhaps in our mutual pursuit of truth, it’s time to put the past behind us for the greater good—and for freedom.

Mr. Trump, we want to help you expose the media corruption currently attempting to slander you into submission. According to your campaign manager, not only does proof of “thousands and thousands of people cheering [in Jersey City] as that building was coming down,” exist, but you have also kindly offered it to multiple media outlets who, despicably, have kept the proof hidden.

Well, sir, it’s time for the facts to be laid bare. We promise to you, here and now, to share any proof you offer us that the events of 9/11 happened just as you say you saw with your own two eyes with the world at large. And because you certainly wouldn’t mislead the public and your future constituents, there’s absolutely no reason for you not to take us up on this offer whatsoever. You can contact me by email here, and I look forward to hearing from you.
