And his name was reported as Garber in the Yale article on him in PreFrosh. Gawker had it yesterday, in that horrible post you thought was a blank page until you scrolled down to the bottom and poof, there it was.

Like I said yesterday, the best way to preserve this guy's douchebaggery so that it may stalk him through the cybersphere forever (and to protect IvyGate from being sued) is to post the video as widely as possible. He cannot sue everyone, and if he is proven not to pursue some people, he has no legal justification for pursuing one.
