I spotted the fabulous Trey Anastasio last night around 7:30 pm on the UWS - 83rd St between Amsterdam and Broadway to be exact. He was happily shuffling along and entered an apatrtment building near Cafe Lalo. He smiled at and chatted with the doorman and went on his way inside- to his apt perhaps?!

Robert downey Jr at blue ribbon sushi in Columbus circle with a blonde female. He was wearing a fedora and she was wearing a gray cardigan. Management had to keep fans away. Not sure if it was his wife but they were making out. They made separate exits.. Relapse?

Saw Agyness Deyn and Fab Whateveretti at Whole Foods, actually making out the in bread aisle, and hanging on each other at all times. But not in a gross way. It was sweet. They even chatted up a girl in line, telling her that if she liked the bite-size cupcakes so much (she had a cart full of them) then she should try the bite-size brownies. But there were no bite-size brownies in their cart, thats for sure. It was all sprigs, pellets, and soy milk.

I saw Kelly Ripa sitting with a crowd of 8 - 10 friends at the Hudson Hotel roof bar, at 57th & 8th in Columbus Circle, around 5:45PM. She looked great — exactly like she does on TV. Very petite and muscular. She looked relaxed and happy, laughing with her friends.

No one seemed to recognize him so I walked over and said hello and complimented him on the Siruius/XM Merger. Presumably he was heading to see his lawyers and try to figure out how to push it through...unfortunately, lost all respect when he game me the dreaded "dead fish" handshake...

At Fiddlesticks, wearing a Fiddlesticks T-shirt (trying to pose as a employee eh?) sitting in the corner window booth scribbling away. A new script perhaps? The entire bar knew he was there, but nobody really bothered him. He ate A LOT. My friend said she saw him eating an omelet or something when we got there, and I also saw him eat a plate of calamari and a burger and fries.
